The Dhaka Times Desk Bangladeshi film 'Gadiwala' directed by Ashraf Shishir has won the best film award of 'International Film Festival of Rajasthan-2014'.
According to media sources, the short version of 'Gadiwala' was awarded in the competition category at the festival. Earlier, Ashraf Shishir, the director of this film, won the best screenplay award at the North Carolina International Film Festival held in the United States from 24 to 25 January. 'Gadiwala' was selected to screen in the competition category at this film festival. This film won in 3 categories - 'Best Screenwriter', 'Best Supporting Actor' and 'Best Child Artist' at the festival.
'Gaariwala' is based on the story of two brothers and their mother. Two brothers floating in the fields and rivers of the village. The story of their mother who is upset in life struggle, their dreams and broken dreams and the struggle of life in one night, this little child has become a capable man. The story of how they became car owners in poverty is revealed in this story.
