A man named Enrique Hernandez was running for mayor in the city of Eurocuaro in the state of Michoacán, Mexico. He was very popular in the area. But Enrique lost his life when he was shot by miscreants one day while campaigning.
But even though Enrique died, his name was not removed from the electoral ballot paper. After the election results came out, it was seen that the recently killed candidate Enrique Hernandez won with 39 percent of the votes.
