Meanwhile, on the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Azha, President Advocate Md. Abdul Hamid, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Leader of Opposition Begum Roshan Ershad delivered separate messages. In these words, they wished for the peace of the Muslim Ummah.
The holy Eid-ul-Azha is being celebrated across the country with due religious solemnity. In the morning after praying in the mosque and Eidgah, animal sacrifice will be done back home. After that, the distribution of sacrificial meat to the poor and the relatives will begin. And this is how the mood of today's Qurbani Eid will end. However, according to the religious tradition, Eid al-Adha can be observed for two and a half days. That is, sacrifice can be made today, tomorrow and the day after noon. However, most people sacrifice on the first day of Eid. Because the joy of the first day is not the next day.
This sacrifice is a glory of the great creator. Hazrat Ishmael (A.S.) set a precedent by sacrificing his son on the command of Allah, after which the great Rabbul Alamin created the custom of animal sacrifice. For which billions of Muslims around the world sacrifice animals on this day of Eid-ul-Azhar. Cows, goats, sheep, camels and dumbas are sacrificed. But since it is almost difficult to get camels and dumbas in our country, mainly cows and goats are sacrificed. And this is how Eid al-Adha will end.
