The Dhaka Times Desk Once again Shabana is in public but this time in a different form. Shabana, the one-time popular actress of Dhaka film, has been in the background of the media for a long time.
He has been away from acting for almost a century and a half. This former actress has been living in New Jersey since 2000. Occasionally he visits Bangladesh - but returns again behind the scenes of the media. Shabana, a once popular heroine of Bengali films, is recently in Bangladesh on such a personal visit.
Shabana was seen on September 16 at a wedding ceremony. There Shabana was captured by media cameras. The ever-familiar smiling face of Shabana is seen - but in a slightly different form i.e. wearing a veil. Fans see their favorite actress Shabana after a long time on social media Facebook.
It is to be noted that Shabana's film career started in 1967 by acting in the film 'Chakori' directed by the famous director Ehtesham. Nadeem was the protagonist opposite Shabana in this movie. Later, Shabana started acting with hero Raj Razzak in the films 'Abujh Man' and 'Madhumilan'. Later Razzak-Shabana duo became very popular in Bengali films of Bangladesh. Shabana also produced films along with acting. In 1969, a movie named 'Mukti' was produced by Shabana's production company.
