The reboot of the popular TV series 'MacGyver' has recently been announced. It is known that the list of this reboot includes popular TV series like 'Lethal Weapon', 'Heart to Heart', 'Xena' and 'The A Team'. CBS is bringing the 'MacGyver' series back to television.
It is known that the original series aired on the ABC channel from September 29, 1985 to May 21, 1992 in a total of 7 seasons with 139 episodes. This TV series aired on BTV. Later this series was dubbed in Bengali and aired. At that time this TV series was one of the most popular series among young and old. The title role of the series is played by Richard Dean Anderson.
The key to the popularity of 'MacGyver' was the use of extreme intelligence. 'MacGyver' used to choose different techniques based on different sources of science. Along with the Swiss knife, he used various objects such as paper, pen, chewing gum, postal tape, paper clips, sand, and tree branches. Directed by Lee David Lotoff, the series is very popular in Bangladesh as well as in different countries of the world including America. Due to its huge popularity in 1990, BTV re-dubbed this TV series in Bengali in 2010. This 'MacGyver' is still at the top of popularity!
It is not yet known who will star in the new series of 'MacGyver'. However, it has been reported that there may be as many as 20 episodes. The old tricks will be seen in a new form in this new MacGyver. This secret service agent 'MacGyver' working for the Phoenix Foundation will solve big problems with small tools! Now the audience is waiting again.
