The Dhaka Times Desk Today's popular actress Jaya Ahsan is acting under the banner of Jazz. She has been signed to act in the government grant film 'Beauty Circus'.
'Beauty Circus' directed by Mahmud Didar is a woman centric movie. Jazz Multimedia has expressed interest in producing it. In that case, Jaya Ahsan is going to work with this commercial production company for the first time.
There is no confirmation about the matter yet, but after a meeting of the National Film Award winning actress with Jazz Multimedia recently, these rumors spread in the cinema.
In this regard, founder Mahmud Didar said, "We had only preliminary discussions in a meeting with Jazz Multimedia. There are some other matters between the two parties which we will only officially inform the media once they are finalised. We will sit again on this next week."
Although Musharraf Karim is on the first choice list for the story of the movie, the name of the hero is yet to be finalised. The director of the film, Mahmud Didar, clarified his position regarding the choice of the hero of the film, like all other films of Jazz.
It may be noted that the movie 'Beauty Circus' is being made with the government grant of 2014-15. 35 lakhs is being given for this movie. Apart from directing, the film's story, screenplay and dialogues were written by director Mahmud Didar himself.
