The Dhaka Times Desk Parimony, the current popular heroine of the domestic films, is going to start working on a new film. Bappi is working opposite her in this film titled 'Daphan'.
'Dafon' will be directed by Nazrul Islam Khan. The film is going to be made with the current social context. Director Nazrul Islam Khan's first film was 'Rana Plaza'. The much-talked-about film ultimately did not see release. 'Dafan' is Nazrul Islam Khan's second film.
Director Nazrul Islam Khan told the media, 'I have selected the story of the film in the light of society. In addition to family love, political issues are raised in this story. The film will be made with the story of the present time.
Asked whether his new film will get permission from the censor board, Nazrul Islam said, 'A warrior always fights. I do and will do the same. I want to make a film that will be remembered by the moviegoers. which benefits the society.'
Nazrul Islam Khan said, 'I could not release my film 'Rana Plaza'. I don't know if I will ever be able to release it. But people remember the film. I couldn't release my film in a country where the audience forgets the name of the film three days after its release, but still people remember it, that's my biggest achievement. I make pictures for people. I want to make pictures with people's stories.'
Apart from Parimoni and Bappi, the film 'Daphan' also stars Misha Saudagar, Mizu Ahmed, Habib Khan, Praveer Mitra, Rehana Jolly, Rasheda and others.
