Facebook Messenger has recently added a Home tab, Birthday Reminders and Favorites section. As a result of this new interface, the user will be able to see the new messages as well as the favorite section when entering the messenger.
Moreover, the users with whom the user exchanges more messages will be in this list.
Again, an 'Active Now' option has been introduced similar to Facebook's chatting option, through which users can see active members in the chatbox. There will also be birthday reminders.
Facebook Messenger has also added a search option, through which users can find old messages in Messenger. It will work much like the search option in Facebook's inbox.
Regarding these new features, a blog post on behalf of Messenger has informed that these updates and redesigns have been made to make Messenger easier for users. So that users can easily get the information they need here.
The blog post about the updates also said, 'We're working to make Messenger conversations more vibrant and easier. So the messenger is constantly being updated and this update process will continue in phases.'
It should be noted that in recent times Facebook Messenger has become quite popular due to the addition of group calling and video calling facilities. That's why the Facebook authorities introduced the facility of sending SMS even a few days before the Messenger. Android users around the world are enjoying this benefit.
