Its scientific explanation is:

A combination of XX pattern ovum produces a girl child and XY pattern produces a boy child. Chromosome patterning at the stages of embryonic maturity results in testes in boys and ova in girls. The male hormone androgen is released from the testicles and estrogen is released from the ovaries. Fertilization and cleavage during embryonic development result in several abnormal patterns such as XXY or XYY. Due to which transgender children are born with different structures.

For one thing, if proper medical treatment can be given to a transgender child before he reaches adulthood, then in most cases he can be cured. But it is too late to understand. By the time it really comes down to it, he's normal and totally different from the ten, it's actually too late. Similarly, any man or woman can become transgender.
