When Eid comes, the road congestion starts. Especially the road towards the township in the northern part of Dhaka Tangail highway caused huge jams. But this time it has already started.
Due to ferry ghat problems on Aricha-Daulatdia and Aricha-Paturia routes, long queues of vehicles have formed on Tangail road. People have to suffer on their way home for Eid as they stand in line for hours. Especially women and children have to suffer a lot.
Even though it is a public holiday from 11th, today is Thursday, so basically Eid holiday has started from today. This holiday will continue till Wednesday, September 14. However, it is believed that many will not return on the next day, Thursday, September 15. That is, the capital Dhaka will be operational on Sunday, September 18.
Today Sadarghat Launch Terminal, Syedabad, Mohakhali, Gabtali and all terminals were crowded. Many people had reserved tickets in advance. So the bus terminals were crowded. Even though he was subjected to extreme suffering, he did not seem to express any resentment among people. Because at the end of the year, everyone wants to spend happily with their relatives at home in their village. So even hardships seem like joy to them.
