According to media reports, Wahida led a force of about 70 men in the town of Shirkot, 80 kilometers south of Mosul, Iraq.

Wahida said, 'I declared war against terrorism in 2004. I started working with Iraqi security forces and coalition forces. Because of that, Al Qaeda and later I became the target of ISIS's wrath. I have received threats from IS top leadership and even from al-Baghdadi. But I didn't put it on. I continued my work.

Wahida said, I am on the top most wanted list of IS. In 2006, 2009, 2010, 2013 and 2014, there were plots to kill me by detonating car bombs outside my home.

The woman who declared war against IS also said that her entire family was killed by this militant organization IS militants. Her first husband was also murdered. Later this year, he was also killed by IS militants when he got married for the second time. His father and three brothers were also murdered. Even his pet sheep, dogs and birds were killed by IS militants. He barely survived.
