Many believe that Trump can be removed from power in the legal process. One of them is legal expert Professor Christopher Peterson.
This legal expert claims that there are several cases against Donald Trump alleging fraud and forgery. These are two crimes for which he can be impeached.
Professor Peterson said, if Trump can really be impeached, then his Vice President Mike Pence can lead the country.
It is known that there are about 75 cases against Donald Trump. This includes cases of fraud and forgery.
Among these cases, a case filed by Trump University students is said to be heard in less than three weeks.
He charges that Trump's financial pledges to universities have done nothing to improve poor students. He also collected a large amount of funds from thousands of parents of that university under a program. He closed the university in 2010.
In 2013, Trump illegally raised $40 million in donations for one of his unincorporated universities. A case has been filed against Trump on this allegation as well.
New York's Senate Attorney General's Office, Amy Spitalnick, prosecuted the case. The court ruled that the trial of this case will continue in March this year. However, Donald Trump appealed against it.
Prof. Peterson claims that Trump was elected president through corruption and criminal activity.
He claimed, 'It is completely illegal to do business with false statements in America. But Trump has done just that. There is also evidence against him.'
