Invented bicycle without pedals is incredible. You may be surprised to hear this, but it is normal. This is really surprising. What made this impossible possible was a girl of only 14 years, from Rourkella, Odisha, India, her name is Tejaswini Priyadarshini.

Tejaswini Ast, a Class XI student of Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, has built a bi-cycle that does not require pedaling. Instead of pedals, a ten kg cylinder is placed in the carrier of this bicycle.

High pressure air is kept inside this cylinder. From which the energy released is moving this bicycle forward. At least 60 km movement is possible in a single wind.

This discovery of Kishori Tejaswini came at a time when the whole world was worried about the environmental pollution caused by petroleum and fossil fuels. Earth's climate ecologists are now calling for harnessing non-conventional energy, such as solar energy and tidal energy. It is claimed that not only bi-cycles but also motorbikes and cars will be able to be driven in the same way by following the principle of Tejaswini's pedalless bi-cycle. Due to which pollution-free environment as well as savings will be both achieved.

Tejaswini Priyadarshini has already been awarded on various platforms for her innovations. Sunil Kumar Patel, headmaster of his school Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, said they will also participate in a national level exhibition on the discovery.
