PSC and JSC exam results are published today

The Dhaka Times Desk The results of four public examinations including Primary School Certificate (PSC) and Junior School Certificate (JSC) will be released today.

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid will hand over the JDC results to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at Ganabhaban today (Thursday) along with board chairmen. He will hold a press conference at the secretariat at 12:30 and present the detailed results.

On the other hand, the Minister of Primary and Mass Education Mustafizur Rahman Fizar along with the officials of the Department of Primary Education will hand over the copy of the results of the Primary and Ibetedai Sampani to the Prime Minister at quarter past 11. Primary and Mass Education Minister Mostafizur Rahman Fizar will hold a press conference at the secretariat at 1 pm and present the details of the results of the minor students.

After the press conference of the two ministers, the students will know the result from the respective website. The result can be known by SMS from any mobile.

Students can know the result on mobile, internet. Primary Final and Ibtedayi results are available on Department of Primary Education website (www.dpe.gov.bd) and Teletalk website (http://www.teletalk.com.bd).

How to know the result

From any mobile, write DPE with a space, write the police station/upazila code with a space, write the roll number with a space, write 2016 with a space, and send an SMS to 16222.

To get Ibtedayi result write EBT, write police station/upazila code with space, write roll number with space, write 2016 with space and send SMS to 16222.

On the other hand, to get the JSC-JDC results, one has to visit the website of the education boards in addition to www.educationboardresults.gov.bd.

Write JSC/JDC with space then write first three letters of board write roll number with space write 2016 with space SM also get result.

The JSC-JDC exam started on November 1. Ended last November 17. On the other hand, the final examination of PSC and Ibtedai Education began on November 20. Ends on November 27.

It should be noted that this year 32 lakh 30 thousand 288 primary and secondary school students and 24 lakh 12 thousand 775 students participated in JSC-JDC.
