The Dhaka Times Desk Two teenagers were killed while taking selfies on railway tracks in India. The accident took place when the teenagers tried to take pictures in front of the train while standing on the railway tracks in East Delhi.

'They stood back when a train came by while taking pictures. But another train comes from the opposite direction. They get stuck between two trains. They were buried under either of the two trains'.
A Railway Police official said that the teenagers had also hired a professional camera to take pictures.
Last year, two students tragically died while taking selfies in a dry river in Uttar Pradesh, India.
Earlier, when an 18-year-old girl drowned in the sea while taking a selfie, the city police declared 15 places in Mumbai as 'dangerous for taking selfies'.
It should be noted that a study last year revealed that most deaths occur due to selfies in India. A study by Carnegie Mellon University and Indraprastha University found that out of 127 selfie-related deaths worldwide in 2014-15, 76 occurred in India.
