The Dhaka Times Desk After US President Donald Trump imposed a travel ban on citizens of 7 Muslim countries, it is forbidden to talk about Trump in Indonesia!

While the entire world is protesting the ban, Indonesia, the world's largest Muslim country, has remained silent. Instead, the country has banned its citizens from talking about Trump. Such information has emerged in the report of Foreign Policy magazine.

In an event last week, Indonesian President Joko Widodo said Trump's policies have not affected them. And so he asked why they would be angry about this!

Widodo's spokesman Johan Budi said that Widodo has ensured that the American president's policies do not affect the people of Indonesia. So people are told not to talk about Trump.

On the other hand, Prime Minister Najib Razak of the Muslim-majority country of Malaysia did not utter a word about Trump's ban order. But this Najib is the most vocal about the persecution of minority Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar.

But the general public in Indonesia and Malaysia are also deeply angered by the leaders' silence on Trump's hostile policies.
