China has been practicing martial arts for thousands of years. Recently, a 94-year-old woman was found in Jiangsu Province, China. Even at the age of 94, he is still able to fight kung fu on par with young people.
The old woman's name is Zhang Hexian. He has been practicing kung fu since the age of 20/25. Even at this age, people are amazed by his physical fitness. The people of the village were surprised to see his power. The reason is that no one of his age is alive in that village. Zhang is still alive and well in excellent health.

During Zhang Hexian's kung fu practice, his arms and legs move with the speed of the wind. He was very difficult to deal with during the stick fight. He teaches kung fu to people of all ages in his village. Every day in his courtyard, the grandchildren and the young people of the village gather. He also trained them in kung fu with utmost care. Zhang Hexian's day begins and ends with kung fu. At this age, Zhang Hexian is not tired even after doing so much. Every day he continues the same routine.

In an interview given to China's People's Daily, Zhang Hexian said that his father started teaching him kung fu when he was 3/4 years old. He used to wake up at 3 am to train kung fu. That training continued till morning.

Currently, Zhang Hexian is a widow. His son's name is Fengchungyin. He also regularly teaches kung fu to him. He thinks that kung fu is very beneficial for every human being. If people practice kung fu well, they can easily protect themselves from enemy attacks at any time. Besides, body health is also good.
