A former agent of the US Central Intelligence Agency (FBI) revealed this information by citing a personal letter recovered in that operation.

Today, bin Laden's son leads a large part of al-Qaeda. He wants to avenge his father's murder. Ali Sophan, a Lebanese-born former US FBI agent, led the team investigating the 9/11 attacks; He revealed this information after analyzing intelligence documents.

Laden's son Hamza's letter is now preserved after being collected during the operation. Sofan said Hamza wrote in the letter, 'Remember his (Laden's) face... remember your (Laden's) every smile... every word.'

He said, 'American people we are coming and you will soon realize it. We are going to take revenge for what you did to Iraq, Afghanistan and my father.'
