Ramadan dates have many qualities

When the month of Ramadan comes, I remember dates. Although dates are available throughout the year. However, when fasting comes, the value of dates increases.

Originally the name date palm comes from the ancient Greek language dáktulos. The date palm fruit is oval in shape. Length 3-7 cm. And 2-3 cm in radius. Depending on the species, the raw fruit is usually bright red or bright yellow in color.

According to one report, ripe dates contain about 801 TP3T sugar content. The remaining part is rich in minerals and contains important food elements like boron, cobalt, fluorine, magnesium, manganese, selenium, zinc.

Another benefit of dates is that dates are a good source of energy. So the fatigue of the body is removed immediately after eating dates. It contains a lot of vitamin B. A study has shown that vitamin B6 is helpful in increasing brain function.

ভিটামিন এ’র আরেকটি গুণ হলো এটি চোখের দৃষ্টিশক্তি বাড়াতে সাহায্য করে। তাছাড়া রাতকানা রোগের ঝুঁকিও কমায় এই ভিটামিন এ। তাছাড়া খেজুরের জিয়াজানথিন উপাদান বার্ধক্যজনিত কারণে দৃষ্টিশক্তি কমে যাওয়ার ঝুঁকিও কমিয়ে থাকে।

Dates are rich in vitamin K, which is especially helpful in preventing bleeding from cuts, i.e. blood clotting. Moreover, this material also helps in digestion and bone formation.
