The Dhaka Times Desk Can a PhD holder become a garbage worker again? Maybe no one will believe. But that is indeed what happened to Lebanese women.

According to the news media BBC, the Lebanese woman Zainab Mokalled was employed to collect garbage in her village as part of the state program. Zainab's efforts have given her village and surrounding areas a new face, as the country has faced a severe garbage problem in the past two years. So everyday people come to him to know how he did such a thing even at this age.
Zainab told the BBC, 'There was rubbish everywhere and the children were very dirty.' He talks about his past experience. Israel occupied southern Lebanon for fifteen years during the 1980s and 1990s. Then the entire process including garbage collection in Zainab's village Arabsalim was affected. A mountain of garbage accumulated over the years begins to form. Zainab then went to the regional governor for help. Later he brought everything back under control.
