His surprise does not end here, 31 years ago he used to sell food at Marina Beach, today he is the owner of many big restaurants!

Patricia married without parents. But in the end it didn't last. His parents could not forgive him even after the breakup of the marriage. So the way back to father's house is closed. The fight actually starts from there.

Patricia is not alone, with her two children. Three stomachs of rice and clothes should be arranged. What will he do? Patricia made pickles and started selling them. Also used to make jam and squash. From there he used to push a hand push cart. Pushing that car, he used to go to Marina Beach every day. He used to keep various foods in it. Even tea and coffee.

As Patricia still remembers, only one cup of coffee was sold on the first day. The gain was eight. Undeterred, he went to sell the car again the next day. It didn't take long for that amount to go to two and a half thousand at one time.

Talk to a man at Marina Beach. He used to come every morning for a visit. That person was the first to offer to run a canteen. The 'Slum Clearance Board' had its own canteen. He is also the chairman of that board. Patricia accepted the offer in one word. Then he never looked back.

In 2004, he was hit hard. The death of his daughter-in-law in an accident made him quite weak mentally. She was surprised because the ambulance driver refused to take her daughter-in-law's body to the hospital on her face. Finally he had to lift the dead body in a man's car.

Patricia decided after the incident that she would buy an ambulance. So that no one else has such a bitter experience. Just bought it.

Patricia gradually understands that suffering is a part of life. Coping with pain is hard work. Gradually he overcame grief. After sitting for a few years, he started the business again. Opened his first restaurant 'Sandipa', with the memory of his daughter. He took his son with him.

Patricia's Restaurant reaches another height in the hospitality sector. Currently his restaurant has 14 outlets in Chennai alone! And profit? An average of 2 lakhs per day. Patricia also received FICCI award in 2010.
