Recipe: Today's Item 'Shrimp Malaikari'

Ingredients:

# medium size prawns 500 gms

# Coconut Bata Half Cup

# milk half cup

# onion batter 1 cup

# ginger paste half tea tsp

# garlic paste 1 tsp

# almond batter 1 tsp

# whole garam masala cardamom

# cinnamon, bay leaves 2

# white chili powder 1 tbsp

# Chillies 8

# Salt- Tasting salt to taste

# oil water quantity.

Method:

First, peel the shrimp and wash it well. Then heat oil in a pan and add new oil to the pan by adding onion paste, coconut paste, ginger, garlic paste and garam masala to make gravy well. When the raw smell of the masala disappears, pour some water in it and keep the lid closed for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add milk and green chillies and serve hot.
