Parents do everything for their children. A father or mother is ready to give everything and even life for the child. But there are some parents who sell their children for their own interests. Never make blind again! Very strange our society! One such incident happened in Kolkata, India. There, a father blinded his 6-month-old daughter to make her a beggar! This horrific incident took place in West Bengal, India.
Jayant Chakraborty, a resident of Sonarpur's Surya Sen Colony, was recently arrested by the police for allegedly blinding his daughter with medicine.
Police said Jayant was initially arrested on charges of attempting to grab property and beating up his mother and brother. He was released from jail a couple of months ago. A few days ago, he admitted his wife and daughter to a government hospital in Kolkata. Then went to Sonarpur police station and complained against his mother and brother. He filed a complaint and said that they gave acid to the eyes of his wife and daughter!
From the beginning, the investigators doubted the veracity of the allegations. After the statement of a police officer, the doctors of the government hospital were contacted and it was revealed that acid was not administered to the eyes of the six-month-old child. The child has lost his eye sight due to some drug poisoning.
Later, the police interrogated the man and found out that Jayant had four marriages and had multiple children. Unemployed himself, does not earn any money. He confessed to the police that he had blinded his daughter to trap her parents and make them beg.
