The Korean tech giant Samsung revealed this information in a secret meeting of the 'Consumer Electronics Show' 2018 held recently in Las Vegas.

Samsung thinks this phone will revolutionize the smartphone world. Samsung's new phone will be twice the size of a tablet, even if it has a folding feature.

According to media reports, the possible name of the smartphone may be Samsung Galaxy X. It is said that the prototype of the phone has been made in this phone.

Citing The Korean Herald, Mirror reported in a news report that the design of this single AMOLED screen phone will be very flexible. When folded, the phone's display will be up to 5 inches horizontally. It will have QSD 2560 and 1440p resolution. The size of the phone in the unfolded state will be 8 inches. Both phones and tablets will support HDR10 technology.

Reportedly, the flagship Galaxy X is made of a unique flexible material called Kevlar; Which will help to fold the phone without any complications. Samsung's Galaxy X phone will have a single camera on the back as well as two cameras on the front.

The smartphone will also have rear sensors and a fingerprint scanner. In addition, there will be a speaker and several other sensors in front.

The president of Samsung's mobile division, Ko Dong-jin, indicated that this new smartphone could hit the market next year.
