According to media reports, the secretary of Iran's policy-making council, Mohsen Rezaei, has warned that Tel Aviv will be razed to the ground if any kind of mischief is shown. He said this in response to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's threatening statement against Iran. Mohsen Rezaei said, Tel Aviv will be completely razed to the ground if any kind of mischief is shown.
Speaking at the Munich Security Conference on February 18, Netanyahu claimed to have shot down an Iranian drone after it entered its airspace, displaying a metal fragment. He also claimed that the metal piece in his hand was part of that drone. This time he threatened to take action against Iran if necessary. However, Iran has directly denied sending such drones.
In an interview with Lebanon's Al-Manar TV channel, Mohsen Rezaei also said that the cartoon circus that Netanyahu showed at the Munich Security Conference is not even suitable for children's entertainment.
He also said that the US, UK and Israeli leaders do not know Iran and do not understand the resistance force. That is why they are suffering one defeat after another while facing the resistance forces.
Regarding the shooting down of Israel's F-Sixteen fighter jet in Syria, he said, it is clear from this action of Syria that the country's army stands on its own feet and the resistance struggle is moving forward. He also commented that occupying Israel has become weak and they are retreating.
