It is to be noted that Abdul Mateen, a fighter soldier of Bayanna language movement, was suffering from various complications including diabetes recently. On August 18, he fell ill due to cerebral hemorrhage and was admitted to the capital's City Hospital. The next day on August 19, he was admitted to PG Hospital. The next day, the doctors performed a successful brain surgery.
