The Dhaka Times Desk Many couples these days are opting for exotic wedding venues to make their wedding day memorable. A British couple got married in sub-freezing temperatures in Antarctica.
British citizens Tom Sylvester and Julie Baum were married in this remote environment. Only 18 of their colleagues were present at their two-day wedding ceremony. It was the first wedding to take place on Adelaide Island in Antarctica.
"For the past 10 years, Tom and I have traveled and worked around the world," said Baum, 34. There is no better place. I love spending time with the snow-capped mountains and the people in this place.”
