In this context, the director said, 'I have made many dramas with Mahfuz Ahmed in my long 18-year directorial career. I call this romantic hero Magicman. Mehzabeen is a romantic princess of this era. Mahfuz is already tested. Mehzabeen can be said to be one of the talented actresses of this time. So I think pairing the two together will be amazing. Basically this play is a love story play.'

This romantic actor made his debut as a producer in 1994 by producing the play 'Bodh' written by Chayanika Chowdhury. He also won the National Film Award. Mahfuz Ahmed has acted in numerous dramas of producer Chayanika Chowdhury. Newly he is going to act in a drama written by Faria Hossain called 'Tomarei Preme Pratidin'.
