1. Note making:
Cultivate the habit of making notes every day. When you remember what to do today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow or even a few days later, write down that date page in the notebook. Then when that day comes, just open the notebook and you will know what you need to do. Nowadays almost everyone uses a smart phone. So you can note these things on smart phone too.
2. Do the easy thing first:
Many times you get into trouble because of many tasks in a day. So, to solve this problem, do the simple tasks first. Then the work will be reduced a lot, as a result there will be no possibility of forgetting.
3. Think ahead a little:
Many times it is seen that we have to go somewhere for some need. Maybe there is work that needs to be done again in a few days. So think ahead before going there. This will give you several benefits. For example,
(a) In one day you can solve several tasks for the next day.
(b) You don't have to waste time and come there again the next day.
(c) Expenditure also survives over time.
(d) There was no possibility of forgetting that work the next day.
4. Classify the work according to place and time:
It is normal for you to forget when doing all the class work together. So categorize work according to type of work and place of execution. Then you can do all the work at the specified time. Suppose you have to go somewhere. Then list the tasks you can solve to get there. You can even serialize it by location. Then you can do all the work in the specified time.
5. Use of modern technology:
If you forget to pay the bill on time, you will have to pay extra penalty. Many times we remember to pay the bills while staying at home but many of us forget to pay the bills on time due to various work pressures. In this case we can use modern technology. As a result, whenever you remember to pay the bill, you can pay the bill using your smartphone. As a result, you will get rid of the trouble and forget to pay the bill by going to the specific agent.
6. Build work on others:
It's natural to forget when you're overworked. So you can delegate some of your work at home or office to others. This will reduce your workload and prevent forgetfulness.
