Mix the sugar, flour, corn flour and salt together in a saucepan with the milk until smooth. Keep stirring constantly on the stove. After 2-3 minutes of boiling, crack the egg yolks and quickly stir in 2 tablespoons of custard yolks. Then pour the yolks into the saucepan and stir in the vanilla. When it boils, add instant coffee and refrigerate to chill. Serve the custard when chilled.
