4. Tomato paste 3 cups
5. 4 cloves of garlic

7. Olive oil 3 tbsp
8. Salt in moderation

First, heat a pan with olive oil. When the oil is hot, add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped tomato, pepper powder and salt and stir well for 5 to 7 minutes.
