Sometimes we have some incidents. Such a news has attracted everyone's attention. This time a school student applied for half-day leave for 'own death'!
The strange leave application has gone viral on social media. A student wrote an application to the headmaster seeking leave after tiffin period stating the reason for his death.
The incident took place in Kanpur, India. Such a strange petition was written by a class VIII student of a local school there.
Indian media Hindustan Times reported in a news report that an eighth-grade student submitted the application for this exceptional leave to the headmaster of a private school on GT Road in Kanpur last August. He cited his own death as the reason for the leave. The headmaster signed the leave approval without reading the application completely.
In the petition, the student wrote that, 'I died at 10 am today. So let me be given half a day off to attend the funeral.'
The petition recently went viral on social media. Netizens joked about it. Many have expressed anger, how can a student write such a petition! Again it is granted!
In this regard, Hindustan Times reported that the student originally wanted to plead that his grandmother had died in the application. But by mistake he wrote 'for my death' instead of 'my grandmother's death'.
In this regard, a teacher of the school told the media that most of the time, the headmaster does not read the leave application well. He asked the reason from the student and signed it. That's why this happened.
