If you want to post 3D images on Facebook, you must have an updated version of the Facebook app on your smartphone. Moreover, this facility is available by logging into Facebook account. Phones that support 3D images are: Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Note 9, S9 Plus, S10, S10 Plus, Galaxy Fold, Google Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL, Pixel 3, 4 and 3 and 4 Plus. Apart from this, many smartphones running on Android operating system released in the market after 2014 will get this facility.
The facility to post 3D images is also available on the iPhone. This feature is available on iPhone SE, iPhone 6S, iPhone 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X, XR, XS, XS Max, iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Max.
To create 3D images on Facebook, you need to launch the Facebook app on your smartphone. Then click on the 'Write Something Here' box from where you have to write a status or post a picture-video. From here scroll down and click on 3D photo option. Then select the picture you want to post from the gallery. Once the photo is converted to 3D it can be posted.
Remember to post 3D photos, 3D photos can never be edited. Also edited images can never be converted to 3D. 3D doesn't support multiple images at once, which means you can't post them. This photo cannot be re-added to the album.
