These phones, arranged in different prices and configurations, also have 16 GB micro SD card support, digital camera, FM radio with recording facility, full multimedia, Internet, Facebook, white list, black list, Bangla key pad, torch light notification and various other facilities. Customers can buy these phones from all Marcel showrooms in the country.
According to the authorities, all Marcel phones made in Bangladesh have a 30-day replacement guarantee and 1-year after-sales service. There are 76 service points across the country as well as individual service stations to provide after sales service for mobile phones.
