These 7 new devices include a wide range of smartphones, smartwatches and tablets, including the new version of the Huawei Mate 40 series and the Huawei Mate X2, Huawei Watch 3 series and the Huawei MatePad Pro.
At an event held in China, Huawei also unveiled Huawei Freebuds 4, open-fit active noise cancellation (ANC) wireless Bluetooth earbuds and two state-of-the-art monitors – Huawei MateView and Huawei MateView GT. Huawei also announced at the event that nearly a hundred Huawei smartphones and tablets will be brought under the HarmonyOS 2 operating system so that customers can enjoy the intelligence experience on multiple devices without any trouble in different situations.
Huawei's new flagship smartwatch, the Huawei Watch 3 Series, features a curved glass screen and a 316L stainless steel case. It also features the innovative 3-D rotating crown, which can sense different levels of pressure and provide haptic feedback to the user according to his input. Which is why this watch is as comfortable to wear as it is easy to operate. The Huawei Watch 3 series can make and receive phone calls and listen to music using the same phone number and data plan as a smartphone. This HarmonyOS 2-based watch will seamlessly integrate with Huawei smartphones to act as a versatile guide for travel, professional fitness and health.
Huawei's new MatePad Pro features an impressive 12.6-inch LED FullView display with a 90 percent screen-to-body ratio, the highest of any tablet on the market today. Huawei MatePad Pro has a high contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1 and supports DCI-P3 color gamut.
The second generation Huawei M-Pencil was unveiled alongside the Huawei MetaPad Pro. This new smart pen uses a platinum coated nib for precise writing in less time.
'Harmony OS' makes multi-device interaction as easy as single device control. This makes running multiple devices at once as easy as running one device.
With the new 'Task Center' feature of 'Harmony OS 2', it is possible to install an app on one device and work on all devices connected with that app without having to install the app on other devices. Users can also access this service anytime from anywhere.
