The middle fork should be spread out from the back part of the fish. Cut the fish into 6 to 7 cm long, 3 cm wide and 2 cm thick. Rub lemon juice, salt and red pepper powder on the fish. Add a little salt to the egg and break it a little and rub the egg with the fish. Fish pieces should be rolled in toast powder and deep fried in oil. Serve with chili/tomato sauce after frying.
