Recipe: Coconut Chicken

The Dhaka Times Desk Today's recipe is coconut chicken. This is a slightly exceptional item. This coconut chicken is in high demand in Malaysia.

Ingredients:

# chicken 1 broiler (weight 500g = 8 back)

# quarter cup of minced onion

# garlic paste 1 tsp

# ginger paste 1 tbsp

# cumin batter 1 tsp

# turmeric powder 1 tsp

# Chili powder 1 tsp

# white chili powder 1 tsp

# garam masala as required

# coconut batter quarter cup

# Thai leaves 4

# is like salt to taste

# for oil and water cooking

the method

1 chicken should be taken after 8. Wash the chicken well, drain the water, add salt and turmeric powder and fry lightly in hot oil. Then in a bowl, fry the chopped onions and brown them in it, add ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, white chili powder, chili powder and coconut paste and cook it with chicken meat on low flame for a while. When the oil appears on the meat, put it in the oven for a while with Thai leaves and serve it hot.
