Recipe: Beef Kalia

Ingredients:

# beef 1 kg

# Onion Kucha Quarter Cup

# garlic paste 2 tbsp

# ginger paste 2 tbsp

# cumin batter 1 tsp

# turmeric powder 2 tsp

# chili powder 2 tbsp

# cumin powder 2 tsp

# garam masala is like quantity

# Chili Sauce 2 Tbsp

Tomato sauce 2 tbsp

# Joyphal, Jayatri powder 1 tbsp

# Green Chilli 10 pcs

# Salt to taste

# for oil and water cooking

Method:

First, wash the meat well and drain the water. After pouring the meat in a bowl, grease it with all kinds of batter masala, chili powder, turmeric powder and put it in the oven. The meat should be fried well. When the water dries up, it should be fried well with powdered masala, chili sauce, tomato sauce. As if the meat turns black. Then it should be simmered with a little hot water. Stir occasionally. When the meat becomes soft or the oil floats on the meat, add green chillies and a little cumin powder. Beef kalia is usually eaten with naan bread or rice/flour bread.
