Mix equal amount of vinegar with water. Put the milk on the stove. As soon as it boils, remove from heat with vinegar and cool. When the milk curds and water separate, immediately pour the milk into a cloth or strainer and keep it in the open air for 6-7 hours. When the water drains, keep the chick in a cool place. Sandesh, sweets, rasgolla etc. are made with chickpeas. Half a cup of chickpeas is obtained from one liter of milk. You can also make paneer with chickpeas. We can use this cheese in cooking. Later we will discuss how to make Chana and jaggery sandesh.
