First of all, it should be crushed by hand and sieved in a coarse sieve. Crush the jaiphal. Mix jaiphal powder with half of the mawa and keep it on the mawa. Mix flour, ghee, baking soda and half a cup of water. 12/15 rounds each of flour and kneaded dough should be made into balls. Then fill the dough ball with mawa pur and press it in the palm of your hand to make it flat. Dissolve sugar in a cup of water. So that there is no dirt in the ink. Now deep fry the balushai in hot oil and leave it in the syrup. When all the sand is removed, put the pan on low heat and heat it for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and arrange the balushai on a tray and sprinkle the rest of the mawa over the balushai. Balushai is ready.
