There are many people who say that reading books makes their life flow in a different direction or makes life monotonous or imaginary, but researchers now say that reading books or literature refreshes people's thinking and the human brain becomes stronger through reading literature.
A research team from Atlanta's Emory University recently found in a study on reading literature and its benefits that literature is actually a necessary subject for the human brain. The researchers let a total of 12 students read a special piece of literature written by Robert Harris called Pompeii, and the researchers gave the students a total of 14 days to finish reading the literature, while the researchers said they would follow the students' lifestyles for 19 days, and see between them. what has changed
