For the syrup:
Mix sugar with water to make syrup.
Method:
Put the liquid milk on the stove and when it becomes thick, prepare boiled yeast with flour. Now mix boiled flour with potatoes and powdered milk well. Now take the amount of yeast and make it long like 8-9 inches long. Roll it round and fry it in oil and keep it in the syrup for 5 minutes. Keep in serving dish and serve hot.
