Recipe: Methi Masala Beef

Ingredients:

# beef 200g

# half cup of chopped onion

# ginger paste 1 tbsp

# garlic paste 1 tbsp

# turmeric powder 1 tsp

# Chili powder 1 tsp

# cumin powder 1 tsp

# coriander powder 1 tsp

# Fenugreek 1 tsp

# cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves 4 each

# Oil Quarter Cup

# is the same amount of salt and water

the method

Mix the meat, chopped onion, masala powder, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and bay leaves. Add 2/3 cup of water to cook the meat. Cover the meat and cook on low flame. When the meat is cooked, keep it aside. Heat a little oil in another pan and fry the fenugreek seeds. Fry with little onion, ginger, garlic until brown and in between roast with meat and serve hot.
