First, wash the meat well. Apply oil, onion, all the spices except green chillies to the meat and keep it for about 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan. Fry chopped onion and mince it with minced meat. If tender, cook the meat with little water for half an hour. Once the roast is done, add green chili-vinegar to it again. Fry well so that the smell of vinegar does not remain. Now take it down and serve.
