Recipe: Starfried Prawns

Staraphrayed shrimp

Ingredients:

  • # Shrimp fish with tail excluding head 500 grams
  • # dry chilies 8 tbs
  • # oil 4 tbsp
  • # Onion Chopped 2 Tbsp
  • # Onion Barista 2 Tbsp
  • # chopped onion leaves 2 tbsp
  • # Brown Sugar 2 Tbsp
  • # Chicken Stock 2 Tbsp
  • # Thai Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
  • # tamarind juice 6 tbsp
  • # Garlic Minced 1 Tbsp

    First, fry the shrimp and fish. Grind the dry chilies in a frypan, cool and grind them. Now heat oil in a frypan and fry chopped onions on medium flame. When lightly browned and soft, stir in brown sugar and chicken stock. Now stir in the fish sauce, crushed dry chillies and tamarind juice. Once the brown sugar has dissolved, reduce the heat to a boil once or twice. Then mix well with prawn fish, fried garlic cloves and fried beresta. Cook the prawns for 5 minutes. Give it a little shake. Close the oven with chopped onion leaves. Gone are star fried shrimp. Pour into serving bowls and serve with naan or rice.
