The Dhaka Times Desk Remote controlled toys are children's favorites and remote controlled aircraft are military favourites. Already, various army vehicles including drones, small helicopters have been operated remotely. But breaking all records, the US Army has made the 5.2-tonne Blackhawk suitable for remote control.

It is an incredible and huge success. Because the Blackhawk is not a drone or a small helicopter that can easily be converted from manual to remote control. This is a huge helicopter. As a result of this breakthrough, heavy and large equipment can now be operated with a few buttons or joysticks on the remote.
Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, a branch of the United States Army, successfully completed this task. The feature of the new Blackhawk is that everything that the pilot could normally do sitting in it can be done remotely.
According to Sikorsky's Mark Miller, the remote-controlled Blackhawk will help the military conduct various missions with or without troops. It will play an important role especially in operations without troops. As a result, soldiers can focus on more important tasks by handing over risky and secondary tasks to the Blackhawk.

Blackhawk can carry more troops or cargo. Remote operation will make it easier and safer to control the aircraft in difficult situations.
Blackhawk is still under testing. We will have to wait for some more time to know how its success will be. Let the US Army play with it for a while longer.
