Let's first know the materials that will be needed:
Carrots: 1 kg
Dano Full Cream Milk Powder: 2 cups
Sugar: 3 cups
Ghee: 250 grams
Cardamom: 7/8
Cinnamon: 2 pieces
Wood, pistachio and cashew nuts: 1 cup
Raisins: 1/2 cup
Saffron: 1 pinch
Rolled in liquid milk:2 tsp

Now let's know the prepared method:
First of all, wash the carrot well, cut it into pieces, boil it with enough water, mash it and keep it dry. Then grind the boiled carrots in a blender or pata.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry a little with cardamom and cinnamon. Then add the carrot batter and fry slowly on low flame. When the carrot starts to fry and the aroma starts to come out, add milk powder, saffron, almonds, raisins and sugar and keep stirring it continuously. By stirring like this, when the halwa becomes very roasted, mix it well with the sterilized cream. Now let the halwa cool down completely.
Making Mawa:
Mix powdered milk, ghee and water together and put it in the microwave for three minutes on high power and take it out and when the mawa is cool, grind it by hand.
