Cornflour 1/2 cup
Besan 1/2 cup
A pinch of cardamom powder
Ghee 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 cup

Method:
In a kadai, first lightly fry with flour and fry with ghee and oil until light brown, then add gram flour and cornflower one by one and fry until light brown. Mix water with sugar in another vessel and heat it. When it thickens, add honey. If the syrup is thick, take it with your finger and you will see that it will become like a ball or if you put the syrup in a bowl with water, it will be like a ball, then you have to understand that the syrup is perfect. Brush ghee in a bowl and pour seera and cool the bowl a little over water for 2/3 minutes. The syrup will freeze. Mix this frozen syrup with the fried gram flour and mix it well with a fork spoon. During this mixing, the flax petals will become floppy. Then brush ghee on a tray with ground almonds, pour the mixture to 1 inch thick, leave for at least half an hour, cool again and sprinkle with ground almonds and serve.
