According to Hindustan Times, a resident of Bishnupur district of Manipur, India, who gave birth to 5 children within 10 minutes, is now healthy. The birth mother is a fisherman's wife. Ainam Geetha, a 35-year-old woman gave birth to 5 children on Monday after 28 weeks of pregnancy.
Hospital authorities said that out of 5 newborns, 4 girls and 1 boy are children. However, 1 girl child has died. Of the remaining 4, 2 have been admitted to the ICU. 2 female children weigh 800 and 900 grams respectively. Besides, 2 newborns born on 1st and 3rd are healthy. Geeta, the mother of the newborns, is also healthy.
