The Dhaka Times Desk Bangladeshi film 'Antology' is going to international film festival this time. Mostafa Saryar Farooqui's new movie 'Antology' has been nominated for the Silver Screen Award.
It has been reported that Mustafa Saryar Faruqi's new movie 'Pinpravidya' has been nominated for the Silver Screen Award. Producer Mustafa Saryar Faruqi, actor Noor Imran Mithu and producer Faridur Reza Sagar will go to Singapore on December 11 to participate in the Silver Screen Award Night.
Every year, the best 10/11 films from Asia are nominated for the Silver Screen Awards at the Singapore International Film Festival. On the final day of the festival, awards are given in the categories of Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor and Best Cinematography as judged by the jury. Now the closing ceremony of that film festival is sitting on December 13.
According to media sources, among the 11 films nominated for the Silver Screen Award this time, apart from Bangladesh, there are films from India, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Russia, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia.
